by far the best man made beach in the greater vancouver. water is super clean, alcohol is prohibited so it may be a good thing or not depending on you. parking is ample but you gotta get there early if you want a picnic table (they fill up mighty fast on weekends).

I've lived here for over 2 years now, very nice view and awesome neighbors. Quiet and cozzy place where is the best place for family. 5 mins walk to panorama heights elementary school, 20 mins drive to vanzen? lake provincial park.. I'm wondering how many years I'm going to live here. who knows maybe next 30 years and..
